Almost every grain, fruit, starch, and veggies have been radically changed in the last 100 to 200 years, often trippling the sugar content and size. Apples werent sweet. Niether were pears, oranges, and peppers. Strawberrys were tiny. Most commercially produced berries and table grapes are inventions of the last century. Wheat, corn, and rice, all different. Wow! Sugar? From rare to everywhere! I'm down almost 70 lbs and loving my carni-ketovore life. Today was a sleep in, late breakfast day because its my wife's day off. Pasture raised 3 egg omelettes, suffed with homemade mozzarella, and home smoked pork belly bacon, topped with a schmeer of sour cream and a half avocado!
